Our Annual Holiday Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 14th from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Start your Christmas shopping at the annual St. Matthew Holiday Bazaar! Visit our craft vendors, select homemade cookies and baked goods, and enjoy a warm delicious lunch with a variety of homemade soups!
CRAFT VENDORS: If you know of someone who is interested in a table for the bazaar, they may contact Alicia Driver at (937) 974–5010 or alicia.a.driver@gmail.com. Table rentals are now $40.00. REGISTER AS A CRAFT VENDOR HERE. THE ONLY WAY TO OFFICIALLY REGISTER IS THROUGH THIS LINK OR DIRECTLY WITH ALICIA DRIVER – BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!
*The fee is $40.00 for a six-foot table and two chairs.
*The spaces will be assigned once we receive your application and payment. We will put your name on your table.
*Please cover your table with a nice cover that drapes around the front and side of your display and reaches the floor.
*We ask that you do not spill out too far from your table area, being considerate of those who will be next to you, and to
ensure that there is an unobstructed path for people to walk.
*If we see anything we consider inappropriate, we will ask that you remove it.
*You may have more than one person to share your table space.
*You may not sell food items.
SET UP: Set up for the bazaar will be on Saturday, the morning of the bazaar. We will have the building open at
7:30 a.m. It is best to park in the east parking lot so you may unload and enter the east entrance into the church. This
door is very close to where you table will be. The bazaar will open at 9:00 a.m. and will close at 3:00 p.m.
